基于医护团队合作构建的急诊护理路径对ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者救治效率的影响

Effect of Emergency Nursing Path Based on Medical Team Cooperation on the Treatment Efficiency of STEMI Patients

目的:探讨基于医护团队合作构建的急诊护理路径对ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者救治效率的影响。方法:选择2018年5月—2020年6月驻马店市中心医院收治的104例STEMI患者作为研究对象,其中2018年5月—2019年5月收治的51例患者设为对照组,2019年6月—2020年6月收治的53例患者设为观察组。对照组采取常规急救护理流程,观察组采取基于医护团队合作构建的急诊护理路径。比较两组患者救治效率、急诊室至球囊扩张时间(DTB)达标率、抢救成功率、复发率及预后状况。结果:观察组分诊评估时间(1.05±0.21)min、完成心电图时间(4.81±1.33)min、完成介入准备时间(31.67±5.45)min、DTB(79.13±7.88)min,短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=19.315、8.287、15.420、9.519,P<0.05);观察组DTB≤90min比例(88.68%)、抢救成功率(96.23%)高于对照组,未康复率(1.96%)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.746、2.984、4.637,P<0.05)。结论:基于医护团队合作构建的急诊护理路径可有效提高对STEMI患者救治效率及抢救成功率,改善预后状况。

Objective:To explore the effect of emergency nursing pathway based on the cooperation of medical team on the treatment efficiency of patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).Methods:A total of 104 patients with STEMI in the hospital from May 2018 to June 2020 were selected.51 patients from May 2018 to may 2019 were selected as the control group,and 53 patients from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the observation group.The control group adopted the routine emergency nursing process,and the observation group adopted the emergency nursing path based on the cooperation of medical team.The treatment efficiency,emergency room to balloon dilation time(DTB)compliance rate,rescue success rate,recurrence rate and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results:The triage evaluation time(1.05±0.21)min,ECG(4.81±1.33)min,interventional preparation time(31.67±5.45)min,DTB(79.13±7.88)min in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=19.315,8.287,15.420,9.519,P<0.05).The proportion of DTB≤90 min in the observation group(88.68%)was higher than the control group in the rescue success rate(96.23%),and the non-recovery rate(1.96%)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=14.746,2.984,4.637,P<0.05).Conclusion:The emergency nursing path based on medical team cooperation can effectively improve the treatment efficiency and rescue success rate of STEMI patients,and improve the prognosis.
