The Aesthetics of Ritual(Li)and Music(Yue)as well as Its Discourse Construction by Old Text Confucian Scholars

基于历史逻辑和圣王信仰,古文经学家将《周礼》《左传》视作礼乐秩序、礼乐制度的构想与实证,如此,对诗、乐、舞所做的典章制度设计也就具有了政治和文化层面的典范性。其核心思想是,完美的政治必得依据礼乐治国的理念,通过人性和人情的力量,通过由礼统摄而无所不包的社会生活的审美化,造就和而不同的社会秩序。为此,需要在国家官制体系中设置职官,通过乐教和诗教,实现礼乐生活的制度建构。

Based on then historical logic and the worship of sage king,The Ritual of Zhou and Zuozhuan are regarded as conceptions and real evidences of ritual-musical civilization by old text confucian scholars.So its arrangement about poetry,music and dance according by ceremony system has exemplary characteristics from aspects of politics and culture.Their key idea is perfect politics must be realized by an idea rites(Li)and music(Yue)governing the country.Thus the power of human nature and emotion must be emphasized,and by means of all-encompassing aestheticization of social life which being covered by ritual(Li).The ultimate aim is a harmonious but different social order.For the benefit of this,it is necessary to set officials in national bureaucratic system,whose duty are institutionally construct life equipped with rites(Li)and music(Yue)by music(Yue)teaching and poetry teaching.
