教育真的内卷了吗?——一个批判分析的视角 被引量:31

摘要 教育内卷化的概念正在成为社会各界的共识,并被逐渐泛化成一切教育竞争。不加分辨地接受教育内卷化的概念,一方面是对教育活动的污名化,另一方面则会滋生教育无用论的新论调。通过对内卷化概念的溯源发现,如果要使内卷化现象成立,就必须同时满足三重前提,但经比对我国教育发展的现状,无一条满足,且教育活动本身与内卷化概念不具有适切性。由此说明,教育内卷化本身就是一个伪概念、假命题,其本质只是功利主义极端化下的全民教育焦虑。要缓解当前的教育焦虑,需依托校外教育培训监管部门,营造校外教育培训的良好生态;探索多元化的优质教育供给,提升教育资源分配的公平性;提高职业技术教育的社会地位,纠正普通教育的盲目崇拜;构建立德树人的教育评价机制,助推教育的可持续化发展。 The concept of education involution is becoming the consensus of all sectors of society,and is gradually being generalized into all educational competitions.The indiscriminate acceptance of the concept of educational involution,on the one hand,is the stigmatization of educational activities,on the other hand,it will breed a new argument that education is useless.Through tracing the origin of the concept of involution,we find that the phenomenon of involution must meet three preconditions at the same time.However,by comparison,the current situation of China's education development is not satisfied,and the educational activity itself is not appropriate to the concept of involution.This shows that educational involution itself is a false concept and proposition,and its essence is the anxiety of universal education under the extreme utilitarianism.To alleviate the current educational anxiety in China,first of all,relying on the supervision department of off campus education and training,we should create a good ecology of off campus education and training;secondly,we should explore diversified high-quality education supply to improve the fairness of education resource allocation;thirdly,improve the social status of vocational and technical education and correct the blind worship of general education;finally,we should build the education evaluation mechanism to promote the sustainable development of education.
