摘要
三维仿真技术应用是现代物流新领域研究的重点方向,文中运用eM-Plant三维系统仿真软件实现了自动分拣系统的系统设计、动态运行、数据分析及系统优化。通过试验验证了系统设计的有效性、合理性及优化效果,对企业分拣系统的开发改进及eM-Plant仿真软件在物流等领域的应用都具有重要的参考意义,同时可以及时发现烟草分拣过程中存在的问题,简化了系统设计。
The Application of 3 D simulation technology is the key direction of research in the new field of modern logistics. In this paper, the eM-Plant 3 D system simulation software is used to realize the system design, dynamic operation, data analysis and system optimization of the automatic sorting system. Through the experiment, the validity, rationality and optimization effect of the system design are verified, which has important reference significance for the development and improvement of enterprise sorting system and the Application of eM-Plant simulation software in logistics and other fields. The problems that occur in the picking process simplifies the system design.
