基于智能手机的移动医学影像系统的设计

摘要 笔者以医学数字成像和通信(Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine,DICOM)为标准,构建了基于智能手机安卓系统的移动医学影像系统。通过开发平台的合理选择,依次设计了用户管理、患者信息管理、远程诊断、文本信息提取及图像显示等模块。通过对移动PACS软件功能予以测试,结果证实其能够提供医学影像可视化数据和清晰图像,便于在智能手机上交互显示,具有较高的推广价值。 Taking digital imaging and communications in medicine(DICOM) as the standard, the author constructed a mobile medical imaging system based on the Android system of smartphones. Through the reasonable choice of the development platform,the modules of user management, patient information management, remote diagnosis, text information extraction and image display are designed in turn. By testing the functions of the mobile PACS software, the results confirmed that it can provide medical image visualization data and clear images, which is convenient for interactive display functions on smart phones, and has high promotion value.
