催眠疗法在下肢动脉缺血性疼痛患者中的应用效果

Effect of hypnotherapy in patients with lower extremity arterial ischemic pain

目的 探讨催眠疗法在下肢动脉缺血性疼痛患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2020年3—12月河北医科大学第二医院收治的86例下肢动脉缺血性疾病患者,按照随机数字表法将患者随机分为试验组(n=42)和对照组(n=44).对照组采用三阶梯镇痛方案,试验组采用催眠镇痛方案.比较两组患者干预前后的疼痛评分、90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表评分及满意度.结果 干预后,两组患者的疼痛评分均低于本组干预前,且试验组患者的疼痛评分低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,试验组患者SCL-90中焦虑、抑郁、敌对、偏执维度的评分均低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,试验组患者PSQI量表中入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠质量和睡眠效率维度的评分均低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,试验组患者的满意度为97.62%(41/42),明显高于对照组患者的72.73%(32/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 催眠疗法能够有效改善下肢动脉缺血性疾病患者的疼痛程度、负性情绪和睡眠质量,提高患者的满意度.

Objective To investigate the effect of hypnotherapy in patients with lower extremity arterial ischemic pain.Method The clinical data of 86 patients with lower extremity arterial ischemic disease admitted to the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from March to December 2020 were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=42)and the control group(n=44)according to the random number table method.The control group was given a three-step analgesia program,and the experimental group was given a hypnotic analgesia program.The pain score,symptom checklist-90(SCL-90)score,pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score and satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Result After the intervention,the pain scores of the two groups were lower than themselves before the intervention,and the pain scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group.The differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of anxiety,depression,hostility,and paranoia in SCL-90 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of sleep onset time,sleep time,sleep quality,and sleep efficiency in PSQI scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the satisfaction rate of the patients in the experimental group was 97.62%(41/42),which was higher than 72.73%(32/44)of the patients in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hypnotherapy for patients with lower limb artery ischemia disease could effectively improve patients’pain,negative emotion,sleep quality,and satisfaction.
