端粒功能障碍综合征的研究进展

Research Progress of Telomere Dysfunction Syndrome

端粒功能障碍综合征是端粒相关基因突变造成的一系列加速机体衰老的遗传性疾病的统称。近年来国内外,尤其是我国科学家在端粒相关衰老领域开展了大量的研究。本文阐述端粒功能障碍综合征的研究进展,探索衰老过程中生命活动的变化规律,以及衰老相关疾病的致病机理和相应的干预手段,为肿瘤、心血管疾病、老年痴呆等多种老年性疾病的治疗和再生医学的研究提供理论依据,更好地服务于国民经济建设和社会发展。

A series of genetic diseases that accelerate aging caused by telomere-related gene mutations are collectively called telomere dysfunction syndrome(TDS).Recently,both in china and abroad,numerous studies have been conducted in the field of telomererelated aging research,and multiple breakthrough research progress has been made,especially by Chinese scientists.This review summarizes the research progress in the field of telomere dysfunction syndrome.The purpose of the related research is to explore the changes of life activities in the process of aging,as well as the pathogenic mechanisms of aging-related diseases and the corresponding interventions,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of tumors,cardiovascular diseases,Alzheimer’s disease and other senile diseases as well as the study of regenerative medicine,in order to serve the national economics and social development.
