超高效液相色谱—三重四级杆质谱法测定水中的青霉素 被引量:2

摘要 应用超高效液相色谱—三重四极杆质谱联用仪(UPLC-MS/MS)建立了地表水、地下水、工业废水中青霉素的分析方法。通过对淋洗液、色谱流动相等的优化,确定以直接进样、乙腈为淋洗液、水(0.1%甲酸)-乙腈为流动相进行水样预处理和色谱分离。在最优条件下,目标物在水中的回收率为76.0%~96.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.93%~19.9%。目标物化合物的线性范围为0.01~50.0μg/L,线性相关系数(R^(2))不小于0.998。该方法具有检出限低、回收率高等优点,经实际样品测试,适用于地表水、地下水、工业废水中青霉素检测,可为微量有机物引起的水环境风险评价和控制的相关研究提供支持。 An analytical method for determination of Penicillin G in surface water,underground water and industrial wastewater was developed by ultra performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).Acetonitrile as washing solution,water containing 0.1%formic acid-acetonitrile as the mobile phases were selected for sample pretreatrment and chromatographic separation through the optimization of the method.Based on the optimized sample pretreatment procedures and separation condition,the target recoveries ranged from 76.0%to 96.2%in water with the relative standard deviations(RSD)form 1.93%to 19.9%,and the liner ranges were from 0.01 to 50.0μg/L with correlation coefficients(R^(2))not less than 0.998.The method can be applied to determination of Penicillin G in surface water,underground water and industrial wastewater because of its low detection limits and high recoveries.It can provide support of the help for the related research on water environmental risk assessment and control of the micro-organic pollutants.
