液相色谱—原子荧光光谱法测定环境水体中甲基汞和乙基汞的方法研究 被引量:1

Determination of Methyl Mercury and Ethyl Mercury in Environmental Water by Liquid Chromatography-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘要 采用固相萃取法对地下水、地表水和生活污水中的甲基汞和乙基汞的进行富集,利用液相色谱—原子荧光光谱法对其进行定量测试。设计一系列验证实验对前处理和测试过程中的关键环节进行优化,确定了最优化的方法条件。结果显示:对甲基汞和乙基汞测定的方法检出限分别为0.16 ng/L和0.29 ng/L;重复测定的相对标准偏差分别为1.3%~4.1%和1.5%~3.8%;加标回收率范围均在90%~110%。本方法具有可操作性强、精密度高、准确度好的优点,能够满足水质监测工作中对甲基汞和乙基汞的监测要求。 Methyl mercury and ethyl mercury in groundwater,surface water and domestic sewage were enriched by solid phase extraction(SPE),and quantitatively determined by liquid chromatography-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(LC-AFS).A series of verification experiments were designed to optimize the key process of pre-treatment and test process,and the optimized method conditions were determined.The results showed that the limits of detection were 0.16 ng/L and 0.29 ng/L for the determination of methyl mercury and ethyl mercury.The relative standard deviations are 1.3%-4.1%and 1.5%-3.8%while the recoveries were in the range of 90%~110%,respectively.This method has the advantages of strong maneuverability,high precision and good accuracy,and can meet the monitoring requirements of methyl mercury and ethyl mercury in water quality monitoring.
