基于引信出炮口磁特征的信号获取仿真方法 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究炮管周围的磁场分布特性和影响磁场畸变的相关因素,对炮管磁场畸变的可利用性和适用性问题进行探究,提出基于引信出炮口磁特征的信号获取仿真方法。应用COMSOL Multiphysics有限元软件进行磁场仿真,首先分析三维炮管模型的静态磁场,研究线圈以高速运动出炮管时的感应电压曲线,并探讨线圈速度对感应电压的影响,最后讨论炮管磁场畸变的适用性问题。数值仿真及试验结果表明,在火炮炮口附近的磁场会产生畸变,且引信安装线圈可以敏感到这种畸变;不同速度的线圈产生的感应电压曲线形状基本相同;线圈速度越快,炮管口径越小,感应电压的峰值越高,可敏感到的信号越明显;炮管的口径、射角和方位的变化不会影响磁场的畸变趋势。 In order to investigate the characteristics of the magnetic field distribution around the gun barrel and the relevant factors affecting the magnetic field distortion,and to investigate the availability and applicability of the magnetic field distortion of the gun barrel,a signal acquisition simulation method based on the magnetic characteristics of the fuze exiting the gun barrel was proposed.The magnetic field simulation was carried out using COMSOL multiphysics finite element software.The static magnetic field of the three-dimensional gun barrel model was analyzed,the induced voltage curve when the coil was moving out of the gun barrel at high speed was investigated,and the effect of coil speed on the induced voltage was discussed.The results of numerical simulations and experimental tests showed that the magnetic field near muzzle would produce distortions and the fuze-mounted coil was sensitive to such distortions;the shape of the induced voltage curve with different speeds was basically the same;the faster the coil speed and the smaller the barrel diameter was,the higher the peak of the induced voltage and the more obvious the sensitive signal was;changes in the barrel diameter,firing angle and orientation did not affect the distortion trend of the magnetic field.
