摘要
铅锌矿浮选回收时铅锌分离效果直接影响铅精矿及锌精矿的品位和回收率,而减少铅浮选流程中锌矿物的上浮是提高浮选指标的一种重要手段。采用新型液体铅捕收剂HB-112与传统捕收剂,对几种不同类型铅锌矿进行了对比浮选试验研究。结果表明:相比于传统捕收剂,HB-112应用于铅锌矿优先浮铅阶段,表现出较好的选择性和捕收能力,可最大程度减少杂质锌的上浮,改善铅锌分离效果;HB-112本身具有一定的起泡性,在实际生产中可减少起泡剂用量,同时可节约成本,简化药剂制度,提高铅精矿品位,降低铅精矿中锌品位。
The separation effect of lead and zinc in the lead zinc ore flotation will directly affect the grade and recovery of lead concentrate and zinc concentrate,and reducing zinc mineral flotation in the lead flotation process is an important means to improve flotation index.A new type of liquid lead collector HB-112 and conventional collector are compared in experimental flotation test on several lead zinc ores.The results show that compared with conventional flotation collector,the collector HB-112 has better selectivity and collection capacity in lead preferential phase of lead zinc ores,and can reduce impurity zinc flotation to the maximum extent and improve lead and zinc separation effect.HB-112 itself has certain foaming property,so the amount of foaming agent can be reduced according to the actual situation in production,which at the same time can lower cost,simplify reagent regime,improve lead concentrate grade and lower zinc grade in lead concentrate.
