腰痛宁胶囊联合双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的临床观察

Clinical observation on Yaotongning Capsules combined with Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-Release Tablets in treatment of discogenic low back pain

目的观察腰痛宁胶囊联合双氯芬酸钠缓释片(芬迪宁)治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的临床疗效。方法选取符合要求的椎间盘源性腰痛患者90例,按就诊先后顺序进行编码,随机将其分为Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组,每组30例。其中Ⅰ组(腰痛宁组)单独应用腰痛宁胶囊,Ⅱ组(芬迪宁组)单独应用双氯芬酸钠缓释片,Ⅲ组(联合组)联合应用腰痛宁胶囊和双氯芬酸钠缓释片,分别观察各组治疗后的临床疗效,比较治疗前与治疗3、6周的疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index,ODI),并对安全性指标并进行评价。结果 3组患者治疗6周后,其腰痛缓解主观满意度及腰部功能改善程度均有明显变化,且联合组治疗后满意度及总优良率均优于腰痛宁组和芬迪宁组。3组患者治疗3、6周的VAS评分、ODI评分均较该组治疗前显著下降(P<0.05);治疗6周较3周下降分数更为显著(P<0.05),联合组的下降分数较腰痛宁组、芬迪宁组更为显著(P<0.05)。3组患者在治疗过程中的药物不良反应发生率分别为10.0%、10.0%、13.3%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论腰痛宁胶囊联合双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗椎间盘源性腰痛寒湿痹阻证患者,其镇痛、改善腰部功能疗效确切,且治疗6周效果更为明显。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yaotongning Capsules(腰痛宁胶囊)combined with Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-Release Tablets(Fendining)in the treatment of discogenic low back pain.Methods A total of 90 patients with discogenic low back pain who met the requirements were selected and coded according to the order of treatment,and randomly divided into group Ⅰ,group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,with 30 patients in each group.Among them,group Ⅰ(Yaotongning group)was treated with Yaotongning Capsules alone,group Ⅱ(Fendining group)was treated with Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-Release Tablets,and group Ⅲ(combined group)was treated with Yaotongning Capsules and Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-Release Tablets.The clinical efficacy of each group after treatment was observed,and the visual analogue scale(VAS)and Oswestry disability index(ODI)were compared before and at three and six weeks after treatment.And the safety index and evaluation.Results After 6 weeks of treatment,the subjective satisfaction degree of lumbago relief and the improvement degree of lumbar function in the three groups were significantly changed,and the total satisfaction degree and the total excellent and good rate of the combined group were better than those of Yaotongning group and Fendinine group.The VAS and ODI scores of patients in the three groups at three and six weeks of treatment were significantly lower than those of the group before treatment(P<0.05).After six weeks of treatment,the score decreased more significantly than that of three weeks(P<0.05).The score reduction in the combined group was more significant than that of the Yaotongning group and the Fendining group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions of patients in the three groups during treatment were 10.0%,10.0%,and 13.3%,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Yaotongning Capsules combined with Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-Release Tablets in the treatment of patients with discogenic low back pain and stagnation of cold-wetness has a definite analgesic and improved lumbar function effect,and the effect is more obvious after 6 weeks of treatment.
