仁和健太易酵素对人体T淋巴细胞和免疫球蛋白的影响

Effects of Renhe Jiantaiyi Enzyme on human T lymphocytes and immunoglobulin

目的探究仁和健太易酵素对人体T淋巴细胞和免疫球蛋白的影响,评价中药酵素对提高人体免疫力的作用。方法采用组间和试验前后对照设计比较法,按剂量口服仁和健太易酵素90 d,以白细胞计数、人体外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD4/CD8值和人体血清中免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM的含量为指标,临床观察该酵素对人体免疫力的作用。结果口服仁和健太易酵素对受试者CD4/CD8和IgG、IgA、IgM含量以及白细胞计数,试验前后及试验90 d后较对照组均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论仁和健太易酵素具有一定的维持和增强人体免疫力的功效。

Objective To study the effect of Renhe Jiantaiyi Enzyme(仁和健太易酵素)on human T lymphocytes and immunoglobulin,and to evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine enzyme on improving human immunity.Methods The control design and comparison method between groups and before and after the test were used.Renhe Jiantaiyi Enzyme was orally administered for 90 d.The effects of Renhe Jiantaiyi Enzyme on human immunity were observed by the white blood cell count,CD4/CD8 value of T lymphocyte subsets in human peripheral blood and the contents of IgG,IgA and IgM in human serum as indicators.Results The contents of CD4/CD8,IgG,IgA,IgM and leukocyte count of subjects treated with Renhe Jiantaiyi Enzyme were significantly higher than those of the control group and before the test(P<0.05).Conclusion This product has the effect of maintaining and enhancing human immunity.
