珠江流域水环境水生态安全保障对策

Countermeasures of Water Ecological Security in Pearl River Basin

通过水功能区达标率、生态流量保障程度和纵向连通性等指标对珠江流域水环境水生态进行现状评价,结合流域实际情况剖析水环境水生态存在的问题。通过实施大藤峡水利枢纽工程、珠江三角洲水资源配置工程和粤港澳大湾区生态控导工程等重要工程,以工程措施与非工程措施相结合的方式,构建“一廊、一网、一带、一片”水环境水生态保护修复格局。针对下一阶段珠江流域水环境和水生态安全保障工作,提出珠江流域水环境和水生态安全保障重大政策建议。

The current situation of the water environment and water ecology in the Pearl River Basin is evaluated through indicators such as the conformity rate of water function zones,the level of ecological flow guarantee and vertical connectivity.The problems in the water environment and water ecology are analyzed according to the actual situation in the basin.Through the implementation of the Datengxia Gorge Water Conservancy Project,the Pearl River Delta Water Resources Allocation Project and the ecological control projects in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and other important projects,the water environment and water ecology protection and restoration of"one corridor,one network,one belt,one region"is carried out by combining engineering and non-engineering measures.For the next-stage protection and conservation of water environment and water ecology in the Pearl River Basin,important policy suggestions are proposed.
