摘要
以福建省建瓯市北津水电站的灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组主轴为例,采用ANSYS Workbench软件进行三维建模,利用有限元、弹性力学、模态分析与优化设计的方法对主轴进行分析,确定主轴的相关参数符合国家规范,保证了机组设计的稳定性与可靠性。通过优化算法,使主轴的最大等效位移减小4.1%,最大等效应力减小2.1%,重量减小0.6%,优化效果显著。
Taking the main shaft of bulb tubular turbine-generator units of Jian'ou Beijin Hydropower Station in Fujian Province as an example,the three-dimensional modeling is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench software,and the main shaft was analyzed by using the methods of finite element,elasticity,modal analysis and optimization design.It was determined that the relevant parameters of the main shaft meet the requirements of national specifications,so as to ensure the stability and reliability of unit design.Through the optimization algorithm,the maximum equivalent displacement of the spindle is reduced by 4.1%,the maximum equivalent stress is reduced by 2.1%,and the weight is reduced by 0.6%.
