就全过程工程咨询的简要发展历程、内涵、特点与价值、服务范围和内容等浅谈认识,总结提出该业务发展有利于工程建设的提效、加速、保质、降险等优点。从2021年7月起,国家取消造价咨询企业资格,为顺应造价管理变革和全过程工程咨询建设模式的积极推行,造价咨询企业很适合转型升级开展全过程工程咨询(含全过程造价咨询)。同时,BIM技术蓬勃发展,开展BIM计量、数字造价管理是高质量发展造价管理业务的契机。

This paper briefly discusses the development process,connotation,characteristics and value,service scope and content of the whole process of engineering consulting,and summarizes the business development is conducive to the efficiency,acceleration,quality and risk reduction of engineering construction.From July 2021,the state will cancel the qualification of cost consulting enterprise.In order to comply with the reform of cost management and the active implementation of the whole process engineering consulting construction mode.Cost consulting enterprises are very suitable for transformation and upgrading to carry out whole process engineering consulting(including whole process cost consulting).At the same time,BIM Technology is booming.Carrying out BIM measurement and digital cost management is an opportunity to develop cost management business with high quality.
