摘要
2020年底我国如期完成了新时代脱贫攻坚目标任务,乡村振兴在2020年也取得重要进展,制度框架和政策体系基本形成。在脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴实现有效衔接过程中,金融需求也将会呈现出新的特点和变化,为更好发挥金融服务在新时期推进乡村振兴战略中的作用,本文从基于长远发展的顶层设计、金融市场体系、金融组织体系、金融服务体系、金融服务的生态环境建设等方面提出了发展建议。
By the end of 2020,China has completed the key objectives of poverty alleviation as scheduled,rural revitalization has also made important progress in 2020,and the institutional framework and policy system have been basically formed.In the process of realizing the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,the financial demand will also show new characteristics and changes.In order to give better play to the role of financial services in promoting the rural revitalization strategy in the new era,this paper gives some suggestions on the top-level design based on long-term development,financial market system,financial organization system,financial service system,ecological environment construction of financial service.
