摘要
目的 通过TCGA数据库在线分析工具,分析过氧化物还原酶1(peroxiredoxin1, Prx1)在头颈部鳞状细胞癌(head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, HNSCC)患者组织中的表达及临床意义。方法 基于TCGA数据库,利用UALCAN分析HNSCC中Prx1的表达水平及其与患者的性别、年龄、临床分期、肿瘤病理分级及淋巴结转移之间的关系。利用UCSC Xena分析Prx1表达与HNSCC患者吸烟相关性。利用PROGgeneV2对HNSCC患者组织中Prx1表达与总生存率的相关性进行分析。结果 Prx1在HNSCC患者组织中的表达高于正常组织,Prx1高表达与HNSCC患者临床分期、肿瘤病理分级及较差预后相关,与性别、年龄、淋巴结转移无显著相关性,Prx1高表达与患者吸烟密切相关。结论 Prx1在烟草相关HNSCC的发生发展中发挥重要作用,Prx1可能是防治HNSCC的潜在生物学靶点。
Objective To analyze the expression and clinical significance of peroxiredoxin1(Prx1) in patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC) through the online analysis tool of TCGA database. Methods UALCAN was used to analyze the expression level of Prx1 in the HNSCC tissues, and its relationship with gender, age, clinical stage,tumor pathological grade, and lymph node metastasis of the patients with HNSCC. UCSC Xena was used to analyze the correlation between Prx1 expression and cigarettes smoking status of patients with HNSCC, and PROGgeneV2 was used to analyze the correlation between Prx1 and the overall survival of patients with HNSCC. Results The expression of Prx1 in HNSCC tissues was higher than that in normal tissues. The high expression of Prx1 was related to the clinical stage, tumor pathological grade and poor prognosis. There was no obvious correlation between the expression of Prx1 and gender, age,lymph nodes metastasis of HNSCC patients. High expression of Prx1 was closely related to cigarettes smoking of patients with HNSCC. Conclusions Prx1 plays an important role in the development of tobacco-related HNSCC. Prx1 may be a potential biological target for prevention and treatment of HNSCC.
