综合医院口腔科会诊的回顾性研究和特点分析

A retrospective analysis of dental consultation for inpatients in a general hospital

目的 通过回顾首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院口腔会诊病例,探讨其特点及意义,进一步改善医疗质量,提高住院患者生活质量。方法 通过电子病历系统回顾2018-2019年口腔院内会诊病历,对申请科室、会诊目的、类型、疾病种类等进行整理分析。结果 申请口腔会诊最多的科室为神经内科,参与会诊最多的口腔专业为牙周专业,主要处理非原发病相关的口腔问题,其次为颌面外科专业,主要协助诊治与原发病相关的口腔问题;口腔黏膜主要处置原发病诊疗中的口腔并发症。结论 口腔科会诊在综合医院不可或缺,应对会诊进行回顾总结和质控,应提高住院患者口腔健康意识,降低口腔感染性疾病发生率。口腔科医师应具备相关临床专业知识,以制定更有针对性的会诊措施,提高医疗服务质量。

Objective To characterize the dental consultation for inpatients in a general hospital. Methods The hospital information managing system was used to review the medical records of dental consultations from 2018 to 2019.The demographics, purpose and classifications were summarized. Results The Department that applied for the most oral consultation was neurology department,and the most involved oral specialty was periodontology, which mainly deals with non primary disease related oral problems, followed by maxillofacial surgery, which mainly assisted in the diagnosis and treatment of primary disease related oral problems. Oral medicine mainly dealed with the oral complications of primary disease. Conclusions Dental consultations are indispensable. Dentists should have relevant clinical professional knowledge to formulate more targeted consultation measures and improve the quality of medical services.
