摘要
本文总结了历年核电管道焊接工程获得优质焊接工程奖的监理良好实践做法,如做好分级管控和源头控制、制定专项监理规划监理,做好工艺链的关键环节的质量风险辨识和分析,控制质量计划选点及工序链接口,明确监理质控重点和焊接先决条件,根据工艺流程图及焊缝布置图,清单式控制焊工资质、焊接工艺评定、热处理工艺评定、焊接工艺规程及相应数据包,做好焊材复验及使用管理,试验室、QC及试验人员行为见证监督,符合性检查和成品保护,阶段性工作总结等良好实践。这些经验总结可给各行业焊接工程提供良好借鉴。
This paper summarized the good supervision practice of nuclear power pipeline welding project which won the high-quality welding project award over these years:that doing well in hierarchical control and source control,formulating special supervision planning supervision,doing well in quality risk identification and analysis of key links of the process chain,controlling the selection of quality plan points and process chain interfaces,clarifying the key points of supervision quality control and welding prerequisites,according to the process flow chart and welding joint layout,list controlling welder qualification and welding process qualification and heat treatment process qualification and welding process specification and corresponding document data package,doing well in good practices such as re-inspection and use management of welding materials,witness and supervision of laboratory,QC and test personnel,compliance inspection and finished product protection,phased work summary,etc.These experiences can provide a good reference for welding engineering in various industries.
