Several Problems and Solutions in the Initial Period of Urban Rail Transit Vehicle Manufacture Supervision and Consultation

城市轨道交通车辆生产制造、车辆监造的初期阶段可以分为首列车生产时期、小批量车生产过渡时期。针对城市轨道交通车辆生产监造的初期阶段问题,从设备咨询监造角度分析监造工作依据、预期生产问题和解决策略,最后对初期阶段的工作重心做出进一步论述,为今后在车辆咨询监造初期的工作提供一些经验借鉴。

The initial stage of production and manufacture supervision of urban rail transit vehicles can be divided into the first train production period and the transition period of small batch production.In view of the problems in the initial stage of manufacture supervision of urban rail transit vehicles,this paper analyzes the basis of manufacture supervision work,the anticipated production problems and the solving strategies from the perspective of equipment consultation and manufacture supervision.Finally,the focus of the initial stage of the work is further discussed to provide some reference experience for the future work in the initial stage of vehicle consultation and manufacture supervision.
