摘要
某三代核电板式换热器曾出现压降过大的问题,对核电站的调试工作造成了很大影响,已成为核电设备质量问题经验反馈的经典案例。在后续核电项目板式换热器开工制造之前,有代表性的试制样机,进行热工性能及流阻试验,实现对经验反馈案例的验证关闭,变得尤为重要。本文通过试验方案策划、试验过程开展,试验数据分析,得出板式换热器的热工及流阻性能可以满足设计要求的试验结论。
A third-generation nuclear power plate heat exchanger had a problem of excessive pressure drop,which had a great impact on the commissioning of nuclear power plants,and has become a classic case of experience feedback on nuclear power equipment quality problems.Before plate heat exchangers of subsequent nuclear power projects start to be manufactured,it is particularly important to conduct thermal performance and flow resistance tests on a representative prototype to achieve verification and closure of the experience feedback cases.In this paper,through the planning of test plan,the development of test process,and the analysis of test data,it is concluded that the thermal and flow resistance performance of the plate heat exchanger can meet the design requirements.
