基于ANSYS对烟气脱硝SCR反应器钢架的受力分析

摘要 ANSYS是一款常用CAE软件,有强大仿真计算功能,在工程设计过程中使用,能进行复杂的受力分析计算。脱硝反应器钢架受力情况比较复杂:既有反应器内部催化剂模块的重量、催化剂模块的积灰载荷和反应器自身结构的重量,又有外部的风载和震载,反应器钢架在高温(400 ℃左右)下使用。钢架结构是静不定结构,受力分析采用人工计算不仅比较困难,而且计算结果误差比较大。运用ANSYS有限元软件仿真计算,不同工况条件下应力和变形分析结果一目了然,能快速准确地获得受力分析结果。 ANSYS is a common CAE software,with powerful simulation calculation function,which can be used in the process of engineering design,and can carry out complex stress analysis and calculation.The stress situation of denitration reactor steel frame is relatively complex:there are not only the weight of catalyst module in the reactor,the ash load of catalyst module and the weight of reactor’s own structure,but also the external wind load and seismic load,it can be used at high temperature(about 400℃).The steel frame structure is statically indeterminate,so it is not only difficult to use manual calculation in force analysis,but also the calculation result error is relatively large.Using ANSYS finite element software simulation calculation,the stress and deformation analysis results under different working conditions are clear at a glance,and the stress analysis results can be obtained quickly and accurately.
