摘要
某核电汽轮机组包括1个高中压缸、3个低压缸,采用的是Alstom的Arabelle型机组,全检周期为10年。汽轮机设备体积及重量较大、结构复杂、检修周期长、工艺要求高,通常为大修的关键路径。本文主要介绍了通过工艺改进、新型工器具研发使用、管理改进等改进手段来提升设备检修质量,降低大修工期。以上改进在大修中得到良好的应用,创造了同类型机组的最短工期记录。相关改进可以向同类型机组进行推广。
A nuclear power steam turbine unit includes one high and medium pressure cylinder and three low pressure cylinders,Alstom Arabelle unit is adopted,and the full inspection cycle is 10 years.Large volume and weight of steam turbine equipment,complex structure,long maintenance cycle and high process requirements are usually the key path of overhaul.This paper mainly introduces the improvement means such as process improvement,research and application of new tools and instruments,management improvement and so on to improve the equipment maintenance quality and reduce the overhaul period.The above improvements have been well applied in the overhaul,creating a record of the shortest construction period of the same type of units.Relevant improvements can be promoted to the same type of units.
