摘要
对卤水净化二期两碱法反应进行生产试验,通过引入变频搅拌、缩短反应时间两方面收集大量生产数据,筛选出连续的一组反应数据进行分析,从中探索合理的两碱法反应周期,为调整卤水净化生产周期提供科学的理论依据。试验表明两碱法反应0.5 h后,钙离子固化率不断升高,但变化幅度都很小,0.5 h后可以认为其较为稳定,故两碱法反应时间在0.5 h~1 h之间。
The production test of two alkali reaction in the second phase of brine purification is carried out.A large number of production data are collected by introducing frequency conversion stirring and shortening the reaction time,and a continuous group of reaction data is selected for analysis,so as to explore a reasonable two alkali reaction cycle,so as to provide a scientific theoretical basis for adjusting the production cycle of brine purification.The test showed that the calcium ion curing rate increases continuously after half an hour of two alkali reaction,but the change range is very small.It can be considered to be relatively stable after half an hour,so the two alkali reaction time can be between 0.5 hour and 1 hour.
