摘要
重质高胶质原油比重大,胶质含量高,易与水形成高稳定性乳状液,油水分离困难,一般的热化学分离沉降方法无法高效完成油田产出液的分离,为油田的开发生产带来不利影响。为解决此类原油分离的困扰,文章采用电脱水技术对重质高胶质原油的分离效果和操作参数进行探索,为此类原油分离的工艺设计提供技术指导。
High colloidal heavy oil maintains very high density,large amount of colloidal,would form stable emulsion during production.It's very difficult to separate the emulsion with heat and chemical.To solve this problem,electric dehydration technology is a good choice.This article showed a method to settle relative parameters,provide information for process design.
