海洋石油平台注水泵工艺选型研究

摘要 渤海海域的海洋石油开发,主要通过注水来维持地层的压力,从而保证油田采收率,故渤海海域绝大部分海洋石油平台都设置有注水系统和高压注水泵。文章主要从工艺角度给出注水泵的选型原则,并以渤海某平台为例,结合注水泵投资、占地面积、运行能耗及维修费用等研究注水泵的工艺选型。 For offshore oil development in Bohai Sea area,water injection is mainly used to maintain formation pressure,so as to ensure oil recovery rate,therefore,most offshore oil platforms in Bohai Sea area are equipped with water injection system and high pressure water injection pump.This article mainly gives the selection principle of water injection pump from the perspective of process,and takes a platform in Bohai Sea as an example to study the process selection of water injection pump in combination with water injection pump investment,deck area,energy consumption and maintenance cost.
