摘要
以某工厂工业园区的含硫酸钠盐废水为原料,通过蒸发浓缩、过滤,得到色度超标的固体废盐。采用洗涤与催化氧化相结合的方式,对废盐液进行净化操作,使废盐液的色度和COD值得到明显的改善,达到膜分离系统的进样要求,盐液再经过膜分离处理后方可回用。同时将该处理方法进行了放大设计,制定了相关的工艺流程和设备,初步预算了工业化应用的投资成本。
Taking the wastewater containing sodium sulfate from a factory industrial park as raw material,the solid waste salt exceed the standard color is obtained by evaporation,concentration and filtration.The waste salt solution is purified by the combination of washing and catalytic oxidation,the chroma and COD of the waste salt solution are obviously improved,and meeting the sample injection requirements of membrane separation system,the salt solution can be reused after membrane separation.At the same time,the processing method is magnified design,the relevant process flow and equipment are established,and the investment cost of industrial application is preliminarily estimated.
