摘要
采用雷州盐场苦卤为原料,碳酸氢钠和碳酸钠组成的混合液为沉淀剂,利用太阳光作为热源及自然风吹的方法,制备了优质的碱式碳酸镁晶须,用正交法探索了碳酸氢钠和碳酸钠混合液与苦卤的体积比和太光阳照射时间,得到最优条件是:卤水与NaHCO_(3)/Na_(2)CO_(3)混合溶液的体积比为1∶1,太阳照射时间为80 h。扫描电镜(SEM)示碱式碳酸镁晶须具有较优的晶须形貌,X射线衍射(XRD)示制备目标产物属性正是碱式碳酸镁。文章采用傅里叶变换法指认了生长基元[Mg(OH)_(4)]^(2-)、HCO_(3)^(-)的存在及其联系方式。文章晶须制备过程充分利用了太阳光热,工艺简单易行,可为下一步利用盐场、盐湖苦水提供借鉴。
Using the bittern of Leizhou salt field as raw material and the mixture of sodium bicarbonate and sodium carbonate as precipitant,the sunlight as heat source and method of wind taking away water,high-quality basic magnesium carbonate whiskers were prepared.The volume ratio of sodium bicarbonate and sodium carbonate mixture to bittern and sunlight irradiation time were explored by orthogonal method,The optimum conditions are as follows:the volume ratio of brine to NaHCO_(3)/Na_(2)CO_(3)mixed solution is 1∶1 and the solar irradiation time is 80h.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)showed that the basic magnesium carbonate whiskers have better whisker morphology,and X-ray diffraction(XRD)showed that the target products are the basic magnesium carbonate.In this article,the existence and contact of growth units[Mg(OH)_(4)]^(2-)and HCO_(3)^(-)are identified by Fourier transform method.The preparation process of whiskers makes full use of solar light,and the process is simple and easy,which can provide reference for the use of salt field and salt lake bitter water.
