摘要 随着国家节能降耗政策的要求,目前国内制盐生产工艺在吸收利用国际上先进成熟的MVR制盐技术的基础上进行改进,这种方法减少了蒸汽使用量和原煤的消耗,但随之而来的大功率电机启动过程中对电网和机械设备的冲击和破坏问题也日趋严重,鉴于这一点,文章结合实际工程案例,通过3种大型电动机降压启动的方法,根据项目的实际情况,确定最终的启动方案。 With the requirements of the national energy conservation and consumption reduction policy,the current domestic salt production process is improved on the basis of absorbing and utilizing the internationally advanced and mature MVR salt production technology.This method reduces the steam consumption and raw coal consumption,but the impact and damage to the power grid and mechanical equipment during the startup of high-power motor are becoming more and more serious.In view of this,Combined with the actual engineering case,this article determines the final start-up scheme according to the actual situation of the project through the step-down start-up method of three types of large motors.
