高压断路器弧触头接触故障模拟及诊断技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 高压断路器弧触头接触故障主要包括:弧触头不对中和弧触头接触不良等现象。为了检验动态接触电阻测量对两种型式故障的识别效果,通过对GIS断路器的模拟试验,进行测试验证。在弧触头不对中模拟试验中,随着不对中情况越来越严重,断路器弧触头和主触头的超程差越来越小,超程差区域的动态接触电阻平均值越来越大;在弧触头接触不良模拟试验中,随着固定螺栓越来越松,断路器弧触头和主触头的超程差越来越小,超程差区域的动态接触电阻平均值越来越大。 High-voltage(HV)circuit breaker arc contact fault mainly includes arc contact misalignment and poor arc contact. In order to test the identification effect of the dynamic contact resistance measurement on the two types of faults,this paper carries out the test and verification through the simulation test of GIS circuit breaker. In the simulation test of arc contact misalignment,as the misalignment becomes more and more serious,the overrange difference between arc contact and main contact of circuit breaker becomes smaller and smaller,and the average value of dynamic contact resistance in the overrange difference area becomes larger and larger. In the simulation test of poor arc contact,the overrange difference between arc contact and main contact becomes smaller and smaller with the loosening of the fixing bolt,and the average value of dynamic contact resistance in the overrange difference area becomes larger and larger.
