三峡高海拔山区500kV输电线路地线金具磨损及发热缺陷无人机精准排查效率分析 被引量:8

摘要 随着无人机自主巡检技术的成熟,无人机上搭载高清可变焦镜头和红外测温设备,可以获得杆塔金具局部高像素照片和精确的杆塔金具接点温度。三峡高海拔山区500 kV杆塔普遍位于高山之间,通过传统金具检查方式进行排查,不仅运维质效不高,还存在一定的安全风险。以三峡500 kV出线为例,在发现地线金具缺陷方面,定量分析出无人机自主巡检在劳动强度、工作质效、事故预防方面均优于人工巡检。 With the maturity of UAV autonomous inspection technology,equipped with high-definition zoom lens and infrared temperature measuring equipment,UAVs can obtain local high-pixel photos of the tower fittings and accurate junction temperature of the tower fittings. The 500 kV poles and towers in the Three Gorges area of Yichang are generally located between high mountains. The traditional fittings inspection method used for investigation not only has low efficiency in operation and maintenance,but also has certain safety risks. This paper takes the 500 kV outbound line of the Three Gorges as an example to carry out a quantitative analysis in the aspect of finding out fittings defects,which shows that UAV autonomous inspection is superior to manual inspection in terms of labor intensity,work quality and efficiency,and accident prevention as well.
