强化城市与建筑风貌管控的思考和策略探究——以宁德市主城区为例

Thinking and Strategic Study of Strengthening the management of The Landscape of Cities and Buildings——Taking Ningde main urban area as an example

在快速城镇化进程中,部分城市不同程度出现了建筑风貌品质欠佳和城市风貌特色消退的现象。本文在思考分析宁德市主城区城市与建筑风貌现状基础上,提出在管控机制、远景格局、城市设计、技术要求、开发模式以及人才建设等方面的风貌管控策略,以推动宁德市主城区高质量发展。

In the process of rapid urbanization,the quality of architectural features becomes poor and the characteristics of urban features are fading to varying degrees in some cities. Based on the analysis of the the present situation of the Landscape of Cities and Buildings in Ningde main urban area,this paper puts forward the style control strategy in control mechanism,perspective pattern,urban design,technical requirements,development mode and talent construction,so as to promote the high-quality development of Ningde main urban area.
