摘要
碎片化管理模式在当前信息化高速发展的时代,严重制约了组织内部价值创造的效率和效益。本文针对组织内部日益严重的"碎片化"问题,在总结归纳碎片化管理模式特征及弊端的基础上,运用界面管理等理论,提出从组织结构、业务流程、信息资源与人才文化等方面加以统合的"跨团队协作"一体化管理模式,确保组织内部更好地实现价值创造。
In the current era of rapid development of information technology,fragmented management mode seriously restricts the efficiency and benefits of value creation within the organization. Aiming at the increasingly serious " fragmentation" problem within the organization,based on the summary of the characteristics and disadvantages of the fragmentation management mode,and using the theory of interface management,this paper puts forward a " cross departmental cooperation" integrated management mode integrating the organizational structure,business process,information resources and talent culture,so as to ensure better value creation within the organization.
