关于拖拉机液压管路布置的几点讨论

Discussion on Layout Design of Hydraulic Pipeline of Tractor

本研究对拖拉机液压系统管路布置过程中应当注意的问题进行了讨论,分析了拖拉机液压管路的特征及设计思路。同时,研究团队结合多年的设计经验,从零件误差、液压元件等方面,分别就静止管路和运动管路,对拖拉机液压管路设计提出了一些具体建议,以供参考。

In this study,the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of pipeline layout of tractor hydraulic system are discussed,and the characteristics and design ideas of tractor hydraulic pipeline are analyzed.At the same time,combined with many years of design experience,the research team put forward some specific suggestions for the design of tractor hydraulic pipeline from the aspects of part error and hydraulic components,respectively,on the static pipeline and moving pipeline for reference.
