中电导钙激活钾通道在心房颤动发生中的机制

摘要 中电导钙激活钾通道(KCa3.1)表达广泛,在心房肌细胞、成纤维细胞和单核/巨噬细胞等均有表达,并参与细胞的膜电位形成、心肌细胞自律性、细胞增殖、细胞迁移和分化等多种功能的调节,影响心房电重构、心房纤维化和巨噬细胞介导的炎症反应,在心房颤动发生与维持的多种机制中均发挥重要作用。干预KCa3.1通道或可成为临床上治疗心房颤动的新靶标。
