以书院制为依托的新法科建设探索——新文科视野下的卓越法治人才培养

The Exploration of New Discipline of Law Construction Based on the Academy System——Cultivation of Excellent Legal Talents Under the Background of New Liberal Arts

新法科建设以培养新时代卓越法治人才为核心任务,是中国特色社会主义法治的重要基础和必要环节。新文科建设理念的提出,为卓越法治人才培养提供了新的思路。作为政法院校中最早实施书院制、开展新法科建设探索实践的高校,华东政法大学以书院制教育为抓手,紧扣价值引领、回应需求、协同育人、“五育”并举四大环节,以融合创新为核心理念,打造法科学生综合素养培育平台,为新法科建设提供了可资借鉴的改革创新方案。

The construction of “new discipline of law”, with the core task of cultivating excellent legal talents in the new era, is an important foundation and necessary link of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics. The concept of the construction of “New Liberal Arts” provides a new idea for the cultivation of excellent legal talents. As a university of law which takes the lead in implementing the academy system, exploring and practicing the construction of “new discipline of law”, East China University of Political Science and Law aims to build a platform for cultivating comprehensive quality of law school students based on the academy system and four aspects of value-led, needs-responsive, collaborative education and all-round development. And it has provided an innovative plan for the construction of “new discipline of law” with its core concept of integration and innovation.
