摘要 提出了一种基于漏磁检测技术的铁氧体缺陷无损检测方法。该方法通过对铁氧体进行局部磁化,在铁氧体缺陷周围产生漏磁场,磁敏传感器在经过缺陷周围时检测漏磁信号,进而识别缺陷特征。结合实验和仿真对所提出检测方法的可行性进行验证。结果表明,缺陷深度越大漏磁信号越强,同时磁场强度随着与缺陷中心距离的减小而逐渐增强,磁场强度在缺陷中心上方达到最大。研究结果为铁氧体表面缺陷无损检测提供一种新思路。 A simple and efficient detection method is needed to meet the needs of ferrite defect detection.To solve this problem,a nondestructive testing method for ferrite defects based on magnetic flux leakage testing technology is proposed.By locally magnetizing the ferrite,a magnetic flux leakage field is generated around the ferrite defect,and the magnetic sensor detects the magnetic flux leakage signal as passing around the defect so as to identify the defect characteristics.The feasibility of the proposed detection method is verified by experiment and simulation.The results show that the larger the defect depth is,the stronger the magnetic flux leakage signal is.At the same time,the magnetic field intensity gradually increases with the decrease of the distance from the defect center,and the magnetic field intensity reaches the maximum above the defect center.The research results provide a new idea for nondestructive testing of ferrite surface defects.
