摘要
相控阵检测是声学检测技术中一个非常重要的内容。针对检测TC4钛合金薄板缺陷的超声相控阵换能器关键参数的选择,结合声束指向性和有限元模拟声场得出参数对检测效果的影响。在一维阵列换能器条件下,对于不同参数,推导超声相控阵声束指向性函数,分析不同参数对声束尖锐度和栅瓣的影响;仿真声波在TC4钛合金薄板中的传播过程,探究参数对相控阵声场的影响,根据不同参数下的声场特性制定不同的分析方法;得出超声换能器关键参数及其对TC4钛合金薄板检测的影响并提出一些优化方法。
Phased array is a very important part of acoustic testing technology.According to the selection of key parameters of ultrasonic phased array transducer for TC4 titanium alloy sheet defect detection,combined with beam directivity and finite element simulated sound field,the influence of parameters on detection effect is obtained.Under the condition of 1-dimensional array transducer,firstly,Matlab is used to simulate the beam directivity function of ultrasonic phased array,and the influence of different parameters on the beam sharpness and grating lobe is analyzed;secondly,the finite element software is used to simulate the propagation process of sound wave in TC4 titanium alloy sheet,to explore the influence of parameters on phased array sound field according to the sound field characteristics under different parameters.At last,the influence of key parameters of ultrasonic transducer on TC4 titanium alloy sheet detection is obtained,and some optimization methods are put forward.
