Exploration and Study of Teaching Team Based on Measurement and Control Technology

为了打造省级高水平测控技术教学团队,围绕理念—模式—制度—成果“四个创新”任务,以项目为引导,以能力为导向,依托“双万”建设、省示范现代产业学院的建设,校企合作,多学科融合创新,基础与应用并重,建设“平台—名师—项目”运行机制,开展教学目标“三融合”,通过课程体系“四链接”实现人才培养“三达成”,有效实现了教学团队的“生态闭环”发展,达到了团队预期建设目标。在介绍团队建设的理念、规划的同时,重点介绍了其实施方法与成效。

In order to build a provincial teaching team for high-level measurement and control technology,“four innovations”of concept-mode-system-results is taken as the core.Guided by projects,guided by capabilities,relying on the construction of double million plan and the provincial model modern industrial college,we carry out school-enterprise cooperation,multi-disciplinary integration and innovation,lay equal stress on foundation and application,and buildthe operation mechanism of“platform-famous teachers-project”.We carry out the“three integration”of teaching objectives,realize the“three achievements”of talent cultivation through the“four links”of curriculum system,achieve effectively the teaching team’s“ecological closed-loop”developmentand achieve the team’s expected construction goals.This paperintroducesthe concept and planning of team building,its implementation methods andresultsarefocused.
