法治是最好的营商环境。公共法律服务是建设法治国家的基础性工程。目前,我省法律服务业还存在如下问题:从业机构品牌意识不强,规模效应不明显;法律服务产品结构相对单一,服务内容相对陈旧,新型产品创新能力不足;区域内公共法律服务发展不平衡不充分;法律服务业管理和服务的体制机制不够顺畅等。推进法律服务业的高质量发展,要坚持政府的领导作用,强化政府在法律服务业发展中的领导作用,营造优异的发展环境;要突出市场导向,强化法律服务业行业的创新能力;要加强监督管理,促进行业自律。

The rule of law is the best business environment.Public legal service is the basic project for building a country ruled by law.At present,there are still the following problems in the legal service industry in Liaoning Province:the brand awareness of the practitioners is not strong,and the scale effect is not obvious;the product structure of legal service is relatively simple,the service content is relatively outdated,and the innovation ability of new products is insufficient;the development of public legal services in the region is unbalanced and insufficient;the institutional mechanism for the management and service of the legal service industry is not smooth.To promote the high-quality development of the legal service industry,it is necessary to adhere to the leadership of the government,strengthen the leadership of the government in the development of the legal service industry,and create an excellent development environment;it is necessary to highlight the market orientation and strengthen the innovation ability of the legal service industry;and it is necessary to strengthen the supervision management and promote industry self-discipline.
