Strengthening property rights protection,creating an international business environment and promoting the reform of“decentralization,management and service”are the major strategic arrangements made by the Party Central Committee and the State Council to optimize the business environment and promote the healthy and orderly development of the socialist market economy.In recent years,under the correct leadership of the Shenyang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Political and Legal Committee of the Municipal Committee,Shenyang Intermediate People’s Court has always adhered to the principle of adjudication and serving the overall situation,protected various market entities equally in accordance with the law,and constantly improved the judicial protection mechanism for private enterprises.A series of beneficial explorations have been carried out in terms of improving the business environment,protecting the rights and interests of private enterprises,strengthening the protection of small and medium investors and corporate governance.
