随着新媒体技术的飞速发展,信息传播空间中的“两个舆论场”格局不断发生新的变化,呈现出主流官方舆论引导效力下降,以网络为载体的民间舆论蓬勃发展的趋势。在新时期公安工作中,错综复杂的舆论环境会传递不同声音,进而引发涉警舆情,并给公安舆论引导工作带来巨大挑战。如何应对新时期舆论场下的涉警舆情问题,是对公安机关舆情危机承受、临时应变、危机处置以及警察公共关系形象的严峻考验。立足新时期舆论场特点,分析探讨新形势下公安机关应对涉警舆情的新要求、新方法,对营造良好的涉警舆情环境具有重要意义。

With the rapid development of new media technology,the pattern of“two public opinion fields”in the information dissemination space continues to undergo new changes,showing a trend that the guiding effectiveness of mainstream official public opinion is declining,but the network-based public opinion is booming.In the public security work of the new era,the complex public opinion environment will convey different voices,which will lead to police-related public opinion and bring huge challenges to the public opinion guidance work of public security.How to deal with the issue of police-related public opinion in the public opinion field in the new era is a severe test for the public opinion crisis of public security organs,temporary response,crisis handling and the image of police in public relations.Based on the characteristics of the public opinion field in the new era,analyzing and discussing the new requirements and new methods for public security organs to deal with police-related public opinions under the new situation is of great significance for creating a good police-related public opinion environment.
