个体防护装备鞋外底耐折性的测量不确定度评定解析

Analysis on the Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation of the Outsole Folding Resistance of Personal Protective Equipment Shoes

提出个体防护装备鞋外底耐折性的测量不确定度评定的通用方法,测量了鞋外底耐折性能,对会影响不确定度的主要因素进行分析,建立了测量结果重复性的模型,通过实验确定了2类不确定度的来源。利用校准报告、日常实验测量以及重复性实验获得的结果,计算出实验结果的扩展不确定度,为相关检测实验室在测量结果不确定度评定方面提供一定参考。

This article presents a general method for evaluation of the measurement uncertainty of the outsole folding resistance of personal protective equipment shoes. In this part, the folding resistance of shoe outsoles is measured, the influence factors of main uncertainty are analyzed, the derivation model of repeatability of measurement results is established, and the sources of two kinds of uncertainty are determined;the expanded uncertainty of measurement results is calculated by using the measurement results and other relevant data. The results obtained in this article can provide some reference for the relevant testing laboratories in the evaluation of uncertainty of measurement results.
