摘要
山东某污水处理厂总设计处理规模为15万m^(3)/d,实际处理规模达到近20万m^(3)/d,最大日均产泥量已突破220 t,污泥经脱水处理后外运至周边砖厂制砖或填埋,消纳出路不稳定,不能满足污水厂污泥处理要求,需进行污泥处置工程建设。该污水处理厂污泥处置项目设计规模为300 t/d(含水率80%),采用"连续深度脱水耦合低温干化"工艺,将污泥含水率从80%降至30%后外运至电厂协同焚烧。本文介绍了山东某污水处理厂污泥处置项目工艺的选择和主体工艺段设计要点,为其他类似项目设计、改造提供参考。
The total design treatment capacity of a sewage treatment plant in Shandong province is 150 000 m^(3)/d, the actual treatment capacity reaches nearly 200 000 m^(3)/d.The maximum daily average sludge production has exceeded 220 t, the sludge is transported to the surrounding brick factories for brick making or landfill after dewatering. The consumption outlet is unstable and can not meet the sludge treatment requirements of the sewage plant, so the sludge treatment project needs to be constructed. The design scale of the sludge disposal project of the sewage treatment plant is 300 t/d(water content 80%), and the "continuous deep dewatering coupled with low-temperature drying" process is adopted to reduce the water content of sludge from 80% to 30% and then transported to the power plant for co-processing. This paper introduces the process selection and the key parameters of process design of sludge disposal project of a sewage treatment plant in Shandong province, which can provide references for similar process design and upgrade.
