北宋熙丰时期宗室改革再探——以制度落实情况为视角的考察

Restudy of the Clan Reform in the Xifeng Period of the Northern Song Dynasty

北宋熙宁时期开启的宗室改革是一场旨在节省国家财政开支的重要变革,相较于同时期进行的其他领域的改革,宗室改革所取得的长久性成效更加明显。但是在改革推进过程中,诸多制度受制于现实情况而不得切实施行,涌现出许多异于初始制度的特例,如宗室袭封、宗室任官及宗室日常生活等方面。因此,此次宗室改革显现出妥协性与不彻底性,而其所取得的具体成效也需要重新进行审视与评价。

The impenial clan reform beginning in the Xifeng period was a significant reform in Northern Song dynasty aimed at financial savings.In the practice of reform,many regulations and principles cannot be implemented effectively due to the actual conditions and the forces of various parties.Many special cases different from the initial principles have emerged,which are mainly seen in the dismissal and appointment of officials and other aspects of daily life.The clan reforms during the Xifeng period helped the country clean up the huge line of clan members,but from the perspective of the reform’s implementation process,many actual situations that were inconsistent with the principles showed that the reform was compromised and incomplete.
