大林姬鼠和棕背䶄生物学指标对比分析

Comparative analysis on biological index of Apodemus peninsulae and Clethrionomys rufocanus

为了解大林姬鼠(Apodemus peninsulae)和棕背䶄(Clethrionomys rufocanus)生物学指标上的差异,对两种鼠进行解剖,并对相关指标进行测量和比较分析。结果表明,雄性大林姬鼠和雄性棕背䶄在体长、前足长、尾长上均差异极显著(P<0.01),耳长差异显著(P<0.05),后足长差异不显著;雌性大林姬鼠和雌性棕背䶄在体长、耳长、足长、尾长上均差异极显著(P<0.01);大林姬鼠和棕背䶄的体重、胴体重、心脏重、肺脏重、胃重均差异极显著(P<0.01),脾脏重、肾脏重差异不显著。雄性大林姬鼠和雄性棕背䶄的肝脏重差异显著(P<0.05)。雌性大林姬鼠和雌性棕背䶄的肝脏重差异不显著。

In order to understand the differences in biological indicators of Apodemus peninsulae and Clethrionomys rufocanus,two spe⁃cies of mice were dissected,and the related indicators were measured,compared and analyzed.The results showed that there were ex⁃tremely significant differences in body length,forefoot length and tail length between Apodemus peninsulae and Clethrionomys rufoca⁃nus(P<0.01),significant differences in ear length(P<0.05)and no significant differences in hind foot length.The differences of body length,ear length,foot length and tail length of female Apodemus peninsulae and female Clethrionomys rufocanus were extremely signif⁃icant(P<0.01).The differences in body weight,carcass weight,heart weight,lung weight,and stomach weight of Apodemus peninsu⁃lae and Clethrionomys rufocanus are extremely significant(P<0.01),while the differences in spleen weight and kidney weight are not significant.There were significant differences in liver weights between male Apodemus peninsulae and male Clethrionomys rufocanus(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in liver weights between female Apodemus peninsulae and female Clethrionomys rufoca⁃nus.
