PDCA护理管理在脑卒中压力性损伤管理中的应用

Application of PDCA Nursing Management in Stroke Pressure Injury Management

目的探讨PDCA护理管理在脑卒中压力性损伤管理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月在该院内科工作的50名护士为研究对象,在2019年内科工作的50名护士对脑卒中压力性损伤180例高危患者护理管理中实施常规护理管理模式,在2020年内科工作的50名护士对脑卒中压力性损伤180例高危患者护理管理中实施PDCA护理管理,比较实施前后护理人员压力性损伤知识知晓率和护士防治护理措施落实率。结果实施后护理人员压力性损伤知识知晓率为95.83%,高于实施前的83.33%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.019,P<0.045);2020年护士压力性损伤防治护理措施落实率高于2019年,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论PDCA护理管理应用于脑卒中压力性损伤护理管理中,能显著提高临床压力性损伤预防的护理质量,降低压力性损伤的发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA nursing management in stroke pressure injury management.Methods 50 nurses who worked in the internal medicine department of the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 as the research objects.In 2019,50 nurses working in internal medicine implemented the routine nursing management model in the nursing management of 180 high-risk patients with stroke pressure injury.In 2020,50 nurses working in the internal medicine department implemented PDCA nursing management in the nursing management of 180 high-risk patients with stroke pressure injury.The awareness rate of pressure injury knowledge among nurses and the implementation rate of nurses'prevention and nursing measures before and after the implementation were compared.Results The awareness rate of pressure injury knowledge among nurses after implementation was 95.83%,which was higher than 83.33%before implementation,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.019,P<0.045).The implementation rate of nurses'pressure injury prevention and nursing measures in 2020 was higher than that in 2019,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA nursing management in stroke pressure injury nursing management can significantly improve the nursing quality of clinical pressure injury prevention and reduce the incidence of pressure injury.
