PMD联合超声可视化技术在臂丛阻滞实习教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨PMD联合超声可视化技术在臂丛阻滞实习教学应用中的效果。方法选择该院2018年1—10月2014级麻醉专业本科实习学生24名,随机分为A组(教学改革组)和B组(传统教学法),每组12名。A组采用PMD教学法联合超声可视化技术法进行腋路臂丛神经阻滞教学,B组采用传统教学法及解剖定位法。比较两组实习学生问卷调查结果以及两组患者不良反应的发生情况。结果A组对臂丛解剖知识记忆的掌握、对授课方式感兴趣、对臂丛神经阻滞学习兴趣及对臂丛神经阻滞熟练操作高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组有助随时查看疑难点、臂丛神经阻滞操作满意度及臂丛神经阻滞效果满意程度、对臂丛神经阻滞部位临床思维能力、麻醉医师临床沟通能力及麻醉医师团队合作能力优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组臂丛神经阻滞麻醉患者并发症发生人次数明显少于B组臂丛神经阻滞麻醉患者并发症发生人次,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PMD联合超声可视化技术在臂丛阻滞实习教学中效果良好,更易于被实习学生掌握,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effect of PMD combined with ultrasound visualization technology in the application of brachial plexus block practice teaching.Methods A total of 24 undergraduate intern students in anesthesiology in the hispital from January to October 2018 were selected.They were randomly divided into group A(teaching reform group)and group B(traditional teaching method),with 12 students in each group.Group A used PMD teaching method combined with ultrasound visualization technology to teach axillary brachial plexus block,while group B used traditional teaching method and anatomical positioning method.The resuts of the two groups of students'questionnaires and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two group of patients were compared.Results The grasping brachial plexus anatomy knowledge and memory,interest in teaching method,interest in learning brachial plexus block and skilled operation of brachial plexus block in group A were higher than those in group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Group A was helpful to check the difficult points at any time,satisfaction with brachial plexus block operation and effect of brachial plexus block,clinical thinking ability on brachial plexus block,clinical communication ability of anesthesiologists and teamwork ability of anesthesiologists were more excellent than group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of patients with brachial plexus block anesthesia in group A was significantly lower than that in group B with brachial plexus block anesthesia,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PMD combined with ultrasound visualization technology has a good effect in the practical teaching of brachial plexus block,and it is easier to be mastered by interns,which is worthy of promotion.
