CBL、CP联合多媒体的多元化教学法应用于中医骨伤科学教学的研究

摘要 目的探究CBL教学法、CP教学法联合多媒体教学法应用于中医骨伤科学教学的效果。方法选取湖南中医药大学2015级本科五年制中医学专业在校学生80名,按照随机数表,将其随机均分成两组,研究组40名,对照组40名。对照组运用常规传统教学法,研究组运用CBL、CP联合多媒体的多元化教学法,在学期末对学生进行闭卷笔试和实践考核,比较两组学生学期末学习情况和授课满意度。结果研究组学生期末实践成绩考核总成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);以调查问卷形式采集学生对教学满意度的主观评价,研究组学生教学反馈满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用多元化教学法展开中医骨伤科学教学能够有效提高授课品质,提升学生学习满意度,对培养医学院校专门人才和拔尖创新人才具有重要意义。 Objective To explore the effect CBL teaching method,CP teaching method combined with multimedia teaching method applied to the theaching of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods A total of 80 undergraduate five-year TCM students class of 2015 of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table.40 students in the study group and 40 students in the control group.The control group used the conventional traditional teaching method,and the study group used the diversified teaching method of CBL,CP combined with multimedia.At the end of the semester,students were assessed by closed-book written examination and practice.The learning situation and teaching satisfaction at the end of the semester were compared between the two groups of students.Results The practice score and total score of the students in the study group were higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The subjective evaluation of students'teaching satisfaction was collected in the form of a questionnaire.The teaching feedback satisfaction of the students in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of diversified teaching methods to carry out the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics and trauma can effectively improve the quality of teaching and improve students'learning satisfaction,which is of great significance for cultivating specialized talents and top-notch innovative talents in medical schools.
